May 9-16, 2025Outstanding property. Interior has been redone on this condo to make you feel at home when away. Three pools are available to use on the property grounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffleboard. Not only are there a number of amenities on the property, the beach is less than a 2 minute walk. 30 minute drive to major shopping outlets, Daytona and Daytona Beach and just over one hour drive from the airport. Steve knew we were flying in a day or two before our visit and offered an early check in to the property and allow my family and I to enjoy the beach that much sooner! I visited Sea Woods annually over 20 years ago as a child with my family and was happy to start a new tradition with my own family this year. I will certainly be back and be making Steve’s property a priority!

SEA260 Apr 23 - May 3, 2025Dear Nancy and Steve, We are slowly having to say goodbye to this wonderful place and your charming apartment! Tomorrow, Saturday, we will leave Seawood around 10 AM. Our flights are from Orlando via New York back to Zurich. We had a wonderful time here, and thank you again for having us here. We felt very at home and we would like to give you a very, very big compliment for your tasteful and harmonious decor. There's absolutely nothing missing! As an architect, I can only say bravo, everything done right, even the most beautiful wall photos, color, decor, light! Aug 2024We stay at Sea Woods almost every year and our stay at Steve and Nancy’s was the best to date. The location of the condo made access to the pools and beach so easy and the condo was beautiful and so well stocked. They thought of everything for a perfect beach stay! Tons of places to hang towels, great beach accessories, and everything we needed to be comfortable while there! We will definitely be back!

SEA260 July 13-21, 2024We are so thankful that we found this little place at the beach. It has become our home away from home when we vacation in the summer. After three years of staying here, we are still impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness, and the convenient location. This year we were very surprised by the upgraded path to the shore, and the basket of treats left for us in the kitchen. Our next stay can not come soon enough.

They were incredibly kind hosts, and their condo was spotless, inviting and the updated design and decor of their place truly enhanced our vacation experience. Steve and Nancy were exceptional in their communication, promptly addressing any questions we had before and during our stay. They also provided numerous amenities both in the unit and within the complex. The Sea Woods property is meticulously cared for, boasting beautiful walking trails and facilities. New Smyrna is a special place for our family, and we are eager to book with Steve and Nancy again in the future.

Jul 16 - 23, 2023This is our second year in this lovely condo. When we had concerns about the damage to the beach area, the owners were kind enough to check the status of the beach access and send photos of the repairs. Our drive to FL is a long one and we often arrive after dark. It was nice to enter a place that had lamps on, so we were not fumbling around looking for light switches. The fresh flowers and a sign welcoming our family were nice personal touches. My husband and I took evening walks through the development and were awed by the beautiful landscaping and quiet neighborhoods. A quick walk across A1A and over the stairs puts you on a beautiful clean stretch of beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea260 Jun 8-14, 2023We absolutely loved our stay. Our family has been to New Smyrna several times and this was by far the nicest stay we've had. Everything matched the description and photos. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could ever need. They also have lots of beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.). They really did pay attention to all the little details. We loved the welcome sign, the detailed instructions, suggegstions for things to do. The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach (5min walk), several pools to choose from, and a quick drive to lots of other things to do. 10 out of 10 would higjly recommend.

SEA260 Jul 24 - Jul 31, 2022Wow! What a beautiful place for our vacation. The owners are very communicative and were extremely helpful when we had to change our dates. They have gone above and beyond to supply all the items needed to make you feel like you are at home, but better. While on vacation we cook most of our meals "in house" to save on expenses. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities (plus lots of extras) to prepare a family meal. We really appreciated the Brita filtered water and dish soap. Both bedrooms had comfy beds with cozy linens, and the fluffy bathroom towels were luxurious. Plenty of outlets and USB ports make sure that you don't miss your alarm, so you can see the sunrise over the ocean. My favorite part was an sipping on a early morning cup of coffee by the fireplace, while my husband enjoyed strumming on the guitar. Even my 14 year old was impressed by our accommodations! He loved the remote control fans. The most loved perk by everyone? The keyless entry. We arrived after dark which made finding the correct building a little more difficult as the building numbers are a little hard to find. The unit was well marked and someone was kind enough to leave lamps on for us, so we weren't groping around in the dark. It's just a hop skip and a jump to the beach, but be prepared for the stairs along the beach path. If you're lucky you will also spot the rabbits that live along the route to the beach. My advice....stay here. You will not be disappointed.

SEA260 Jul 14 - 21, 2021I don't even have adequate words. Sea Woods 260 was literally perfect. If you forgot it, they have it at the condo. I had grown so accustomed to packing all the things to include paper towels, dishwasher pods, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I didn't even have to do that because those things were already there. The condo reno made for the absolute most adorable vacation.

The details and design are perfect and the location made beach vacation with a toddler easy. Short walks to the pool and beach and all the beach supplies you could want. I would choose this place over and over again. Best AirB&B experience we’ve ever had.

SEA260 Feb 2021After driving back to New York yesterday, and a forecast of getting up to another foot of snow this week, I find myself dreaming I was back in New Smyrna Beach, walking the beach and enjoying this lovely property. It felt like home from the minute we walked in. We felt comfortable and welcome, from the minute we arrived! This property is lovely and welcoming. The attention to detail was literally second to none...from the sign welcoming us, to the binder full of useful information, to the flowers. The central location, with easy access to the beach and to restaurants, shops, golf courses, and other activities was a bonus for us since we didn't know New Smyrna Beach that well, and took a chance based on the information provided in the listing and the comments. We are already discussing a possible return. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you to Steve and his family, owners of this beautiful property.

SEA260 Sep 2020Steve was a very gracious host and even extended our dates due to a delay in our arrival. We had reviewed the pictures of the condo online but when we walked in, we were blown away. Fresh cut flowers were in several of the rooms and it was so clean. We only used the king sized bed and it was so comfortable after a day in the the sun at the beach.The kitchen is stocked better than most places we have rented and the coffee station has every way possible to prepare coffee. Homemade soaps were left for us in the beautifully renovated bathrooms. The whole unit was such a comfortable place to spend time in at the end of the day. I can’t think of a single thing I would recommend to make our stay even better. Fantastic experience!

nicely furnished with everything you might need. We especially appreciated
the king size bed, the large TVs and the electric fireplace. The kitchen
is well stocked with dishes, pans, crockpot, and utensils. The linens,
towels and beach towels are good quality. We’ve been in several other
condos at Sea Woods, and this one is the nicest. Sea Woods offers easy
access to the beach and on cooler days it’s pleasant at the pools since
they are sheltered from the wind.
