The Story of NSBVC
The New Smyrna Beach Vacation Club is comprised of two condos in the Sea Woods community of New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Located in buildings which flank the nature path to the beach, each unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, glass-enclosed showers, king size beds, and everything your family needs to enjoy a Florida vacation.
The Condos
The condos were selected for their proximity to the path to the beach. No one wants to pack stuff in their car only to drive to the beach and find parking has max’d out, and be turned away.
Leave your car in your assigned private space. Pack up the beach cart with chairs and coolers…and head across A1A (be sure to press the crossing light button!) and set up for a day at the beach!
Forget something? Someone can always walk back to the condo to get it. It’s only a few minutes away!

Sea Woods is a resort community with 53 acres of beautiful landscape and paths through out the complex. Unit 260 is close to the beach access path, as well as other amenities. New Smyrna offers not only a beautiful beach but also a close proximity to all central Florida attractions. It is a twenty minute drive south of Daytona Beach, an hour drive from Orlando, and forty minutes from the Kennedy Space Center.

Although New Smyrna Beach allows vehicles on the beach north of 27th Avenue, the beach nearest Sea Woods is no-drive, with fewer people, and plenty of wide sand.

Cross the causeway and explore this barrier island that holds the longest stretch of undeveloped Atlantic coastline in the state. There are gorgeous swaths of untouched beaches, as well as dune, lagoon, pine flatland, salt marsh, and hammock habitats to explore. Wildlife, from endangered loggerhead and leatherback sea turtles to manatees, is abundant. Birders will have more than 310 species to identify. In addition to your usual list of beach activities, Viking Eco Tours can take you out for an unforgettable kayak tour. Morning kayak tours are ideal for spotting dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles, while nighttime tours give an opportunity to spot bioluminescent plankton and comb jellies.!
